Ítem received was as described but took almost 3 months to receive and the vendor does not both to communicate with you about out of stock items. Vendor never bothered to say the item was out of stock nor did they try to resolve the issue by offering another option for me so I could receive my item on time. Instead, I had to message them when I noticed the item wasn’t even processed after a month of waiting and asked for a refund, instead of refunding me… they still processed the order and shipped it out. Which was not what I wanted since I had already waited for the order and they failed to make any communication attempts. I’m really upset with this vendor, their communication skills are poor and I still feel I shouldn’t have to pay for this item, when I clearly asked for a refund. Don’t shop from this vendor… buy from someone else who cares about their customers and has better customer service.
